The Blair Suite can comfortably accommodate
   1-2 adults. 
The monthly rental fee of $1,200 (+8% NYS tax) additionally includes all utilities (heat, hot water, electric, internet, cable) and free local telephone service.

 Guests wishing to make international calls are advised to purchase telephone calling cards, or use personal cell phones. (Sprint phones work best in this area)
